need some advice

Past cycles:
cycle 1: sust 8 wks
cycle 2: win 8 wks
cycle 3: win / clen 8wks
cycle 4: tren / win / clen 8wks

Hi guys, need a little advice.
For my next cycle im planning to run turinabol, winny, prop and some clen.

wk 1-6 40mg turinabol ED
wk 3-8 100mg prop EOD
wk 4-8 50mg winny ED
clen during pct

This is my first time using both turina and prop. And I need som advice.
Can I poke prop E3D? or do I need ED/EOD ? Winny I can hit ED, but when I was on tren EOD poking really got old...
And do I need nolva with that little test?

well for the prop eod or ed. why don't you just go with test en or cyp that way you don't have to poke too much. like you said it gets old right? test is test is just that ones are quick acting esters than others. imo

so how'd it go with the tren what was your previous cycle consisted of?

wk 1-8 tren 100mg EOD
wk 4-8 win 50mg EOD
wk 8--- clen

Hardcore diet and some cardio, got nice and ripped, but didnt gain much size (not intended)
I was really pleased with tren, but it really fucked up my sleep! :(

Im aiming for lean mass, little by little. Thats why I chose prop.
 
Whether or not you gain lean mass is more dependant on your diet than the ester of the drug you're taking. If you're worried about water go get some ana or letro.

have you tried sustanon 250, I had really good results with it at 500mg a week and I kicked started it with 35mg of d-bol for 6 weeks, the strength stayed with me. I gained 17lbs, but after my pct I lost 5 to 6 lbs (water for sure) but I stayed with 12 clean hard muscle lbs. I would recommend you to do the "see food diet" bro and bump up your kals at least 3500-4000 kals to do a killer bulker cycle. you won't be disapointed, you will gain a bit of fat but you can get rid of it with cardio. IMO good luck hoon
