Need some advice

I need workout and dieting advice. I am only 5'8 and around 160-165 lbs. I would like to get at around 190-200. I do smoke and drink on a regular basis. My eating diet is shit. For dinner I eat steaks and vegies, but for the rest of my meals I eat fastfood junk. I would like to grow in the area of legs, stomach, arms, and chest. I want to do this natural. What drastic steps do I have to take to make this happen?

I agree, go on the training/diet boards or check out some sites like www.testosterone.net or www.ironmag.com and get a good training split and diet. The goals you have picked are too general and it will be hard to achieve them like that. You need to set specific short term goals and then try and figure out what you will want in the long run and make it so that your short term goals lead you into that. The short term goals should help to keep you motivated. I know know what your current body composition is but judging by your diet I would try and get myself down to around 10 percent bodyfat(even if you have to look a little skinny) before I would try any kind of bulking. To gain 40 lbs will probably take you a solid 2 years but as long as you train hard and stay consistant/motivated/educated it is definately not out of reach. You may also find that by the time your 185 you will be happy with how you look(I was 5'8 185 last year at about 7% bodyfat and was very happy with how I looked).

Thanks for the advice. Also I am 19 years old. Is that going change any dieting methods?
 
I went to testosterone.com and posted for help with dieting. Hope to get a response soon. Thanks to all here that share helpful advice.
 
I read the responses from testosterone.com Got one real response that was helpful. The rest was bs and me getting flammed. wtf. There's got to be some more advice that I can get. I know on this board alot of you have a problem with what you see as simple questions, but these are questions that I don't know the full answers to. So if anybody else can give me some helpful advice, then share your brain with me.
