I need workout and dieting advice. I am only 5'8 and around 160-165 lbs. I would like to get at around 190-200. I do smoke and drink on a regular basis. My eating diet is shit. For dinner I eat steaks and vegies, but for the rest of my meals I eat fastfood junk. I would like to grow in the area of legs, stomach, arms, and chest. I want to do this natural. What drastic steps do I have to take to make this happen?
