Need some advice for cutting diet.

Could some of the more experianced guys post their diet while cutting? Im trying to fine tune my diet prior to my next cycle.


Im 5'6" 185lb 12-15% (trying to get to single didgits). Been training 2yrs hard- have done 2 cycles the past year and gained tremendous in lifting (along with cutting body fat). But this time i want to be spot on with my diet.

Next cycle will be

Test P 500week
Tren A 350week
Masteron 350week.

figure out your BMR, then eat 500 calories less than that a day. try cycling your carbs as well, works for me.
 
Test definately for libido. Ive never had an issue with getting wood on tren-- just takes FOREVER to get off!! Masteron im adding this round to the cycle because i have heard good things about it. My real question is What types of foods other than the chicken breast, turkey, lean red meat, greens etc. are you guys eating while on cutting diets?

example: How bout applesauce, bananas, peanut butter etc.

Looks like u pretty much got it bro. Just throw some whole grains in there and ull be good to go. Calculate ur bmr and subtract about 500 calories, what's ur p/c/f ratio look like?
