need some advice Deca winni cycle

what would be the best way to stack these?I was thinking deca for about 12 wks at 400mg wk adding the winni in at week 7 at200 to 300 mg week to 16 weeks total cycle? look to bulk up and still keep my cut Physique! im 6ft 180lbs omly done 1 cycle! It was last summer 12 wks of dbol 50mg ed! loved it

12 weeks on orals :worried: ....I can do a bulking cycle and still keep my abs it's all about diet. You are asking for trouble running orals that long especially with the winny. I would do more research before you go and do this.
 
I would add some test in with the deca and limit your winnie to 4 -6 weeks at the tail end. Front load with dbol or tbol for 4 weeks. You will get better results and avoid the 'deca dick'.

Weeks 1 - 12 test 500mg
Weeks 1 - 12 deca 400mg
weeks 1 - 4 tbol 50mg ED
weeks 8 - 12 winnie 50mg ED
weeks 1 - 12 adex .50 mg ed

not orals deca 200 20ml winni 100 20ml????

how about
400mgs Test enan/wk 1-10
400mgs deca /wk 1-10
25mgs winny ED wk 1-10
.5mgs arimidex ED wk 1-10

At 180lbs. you could probably gain 20lbs. naturally very easy, so we can look into your diet first.
