Need Size's ab routine

Need Size,
You put out great info bro, thank you from all of us. I do not have platinum, so I cannot perform a search. Can somebody tell me where to find the 5X5 ab routine? Much appreciated.
 
I think it's weighted situps on a decline bench. 5x5, done slowly. Lower yourself and hold it for 5 seconds, then come back up. I THINK that's it, but I'm not positive.
 
I think you're right. Don't expect this routine to produce the same abs that needsize had during his contest without a restrictive diet, dnp, t3 clen, etc.
 
not to take any thing away from needsize but abs has much more to do with genetics, bf and diet than the routine....
 
Heres a link to where toozee posted a cut and paste of my original post. The routine built my abs up enough that I can still see them when I'm at 12% bodyfat
