to be honest I have tried all thr " tricks".....warmimg the oil (which I still do outa habit, makes it push trhough a 23 real easy) decca, eq and I have found that nothing stops the pain. It mighyt dull it a little but nothing drastic.
This is my second run with sust and I have noticed after the 3rd shot in any given muscle ( once a week for me) the pain goes away. I think the muscle just adapts to the prop or something along those lines. All I can say is the pian stopped in both courses on the 3rd shot.......Used White Niles and karachi i have heard the TT is the worst
