need quality protien bar suggestions please

those bars are way to good tasting to be true, nobody monitors
the quality of that shit, those specs are way off by a snickers.
packed with peanuts ''snickers really satisfies" peace.

I just L.O.V.E. Protein bars. I can eat them non-stop. Those The detour bars taste good, but they may be high-glycemic and full of sugar. But not all protein bars are bad.

On the other hand, Worldwide Pure Protein and MET-Rx Protein Plus bars are very low glycemic, most carbs there are Glycerol and not just maltitol (like other low glycemic cheap bars).

The new chcocolate flavor or Pure Protein is good.

If you want an awesome treat try this:

Take a MET-Rx Protein Plus 32g protein chocolate fudge 85g bar, microwave it for 10 seconds, add a ball of non-fat, no sugar vanilla or banana ice cream and take it for another 10 seconds in the micro, take it out and let me know how it tastes.

I just did it twice, and have stopped doing it since it gets out so fucking tasteful that it gives me this huge craving for sweets. I just can eat 4 or 5 in a row! If the shape wasn't bar like and it was served to me in a restaurant I sware to god I would never have figured it only has 4 grams of FAT(!!!!) and over 32gram of Protein and NO sugar. Try it and let me know...

Protein bars

In My opinion....

As far as Protien Bars,

LABRADA puts out a great line of protein bars. The best I have ever tried by far, hands down. I have tried them all. They are really good on the fat ratio/ protein ect.., and taste good enough, you want to eat them all the time basically, just because they taste good. hands down, my opinion...No bs, try them, you will see what I mean bro... LABRADA

Best of Luck...

Chicken Breast

I second that! I think pre-cooking a chicken breast and keeping it in a zip-lock baggie, or a can of tuna is far superior than a protein bar... cost effective and calorie wise.
