I think both of those for a first cycle are a little overboard. For starters you don't need to pin Test Enanthate ed, twice a week is fine. And you don't need 4 different compounds for your first cycle. Just run that Test E for 10 weeks at like 600mg a week and imo that would be plenty good.
 
First cycle...500mgs a week injected twice a week like mentioned above. Diet/cardio is the most important to a succesful cut cycle, and if you plan on cutting weight your strenght will most likely drop depending on how much. And if insist on running something else toss the winny in at the last 4-6 weeks 50mgs ED preferably oral winny.
 
- my diet is very good !! i am doing it right now !!
-i went down 3-4 pounds in one week !!
- i do alot of cardio !! and plyo exercices !! mostly jumps

-as for my combo cycle , maybe is to much ?! i dont know that is why i am putting it on the bord !!

-i will get my test and i will get to work !!!

-i am looking to improve my explosive strenght ! for a better vertical leap !! as i do triple jump !!! and also triatlon !! and form my reserch winni is the key to what i want but it comes with bad joints and shiit if my joints are bad i can not do shiit with the power i have !!
- so i put in the test , and the proviron is to allow my body to make the best of test as the winni and var will cut on that !!
is ok what i say or my knowledge is shiit :)?

Yeah man I would say just run the test and you can throw in some proviron at like 50mg a day. I'm in love with Proviron though so I might be biased. Eat a good clean diet with that Test E at 500mgs a week and you should have some great results. Remember to up your protien intake to around 2grams per pound of bodyweight, get good fats like flax seed or even almonds etc and complex carbs. You really need to remember that diet is just as important as the Test.
 
NEVER run anavar and winstrol in the same cycle!! that will fuck up your cholesterol so bad you could have a heart attack quite easily. do you feel like dieing anytime soon? didn't think so...

1-8 test prop 150mg eod
2-8 winny 50mg ed
1-8 adex .25 eod
1-12 liv 52

day after las inject start pct
1-4 ephedrine
1-4 pp trs or other otc pct
1-3 nolva 40mg ed
3-4 nolva 20mg ed

do your cardio 3-6 days per wk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. eat moderate carbs first meal. moderate carbs pre w/o meal moderate to high carbs post w/o meal and no carbs other than from your veggies any other meal. use oats for your first meals carbs and your pre w/o meals. post w/o use something like a sweat tater.
