whats gunna be even more amazing is when it falls appart with you in it, and just before you lose conciousness your gunna think "damn, i wish i had followed the instructions"

uhm...

computer chairs come in three major pieces... the wheelie part, which the seat sticks into, and the back which gets 2 screws to connect it to the seat.

we should make this thread a sticky, righ tunder hammy's, to remind the community that women are good for one thing, and one thing only.

Ok for the obvious joke, I have some equipment you can handle just don't over-tighten the nuts.

What are you putting together/fixing?

i'm easy on the nuts.. I've stripped a few screws though........lol

a new piece of equipment that will help me to kick this training in gear.. its a well rounded thingy.. power rack.. <a must> can do just bout anything on it.. ;)

As long as you didn't break the screw then that's great.

Yeah I put together a lot of gym equipment when I was a gym manager. Some of the stuff takes a rocket scientist to read the blue-print and a team of mechanics to put it together.

it can be used as a regualr power rack right? just take out all those attachments? thats all you need rreally..im amazed at how little equipment i use in the gym..

make sure that butt doesnt get too small..juicy is better :)
