Need motivation! What does my bf% look like?

Sorry for the shitty picture. I just took it a work in that bathroom.. LOL. I need motivation! What does my body fat look like? I keep telling myself I am about 10% but I think the reality is its higher. Feel free to let me have it. I'm lettin myself go and I need motivation!
*Ladies.. posting semi-naked pictures of yourselves WILL motivate me! I am in need of massive amounts of motivation... so... if you post a naked picture I will understand :p
BTW... was 243 this morning. Took the picture at noon.
* I look like I'm 180 don't I?!?!!?

You look around 10%. Where do you work and why do they let you take semi-naked pictures of yourself in the bathroom? Do semi-naked pictures of girlfriends work too?

I'm self employed. I was sulking about a bunch of shit and was going to eat some shitty food. Then I thought about summer coming fast and needing to get in shape. A bunch of guys on here are below 7%. I figured getting some feedback would kick me in the ass!
Yeah... I've got some picture of her. Not posting them for you animals though! Ha ha.. sorry... all mine!

Absolutely! Put them up! Mine was a world champion in martial arts. She would kill me if I put her's up. Then again. The idea of a beautiful woman who was known as "little dragon" kicking my ass does kinda turn me on!

I have no idea how to put that up for non plats... sorry.

Motivation. OK. DUde you've got some seriously killer abs. Better than most on the board. I would say definatley below 10%. If I had to guess I'd say low 9%'s. BTW if you don't mind,

toss up a quick outline of your diet, and how often you do cardio. Are you one of those genetic people who can eat anything and still have abs? Or do you work for them with your stict dieting.

Dude, I hope you don't have body dysmorphia because you're in great shape. If you have a six pack, then that should tell you everything is ok. I don't know what else to say. Get a nice primo/var cycle and quit your bitching! lol

My diet is real clean... not enough carbs though. Not enough real food either.
I don't do any cardio right now. Its showing too.
Here is my diet. I plan on fixing it soon:

8am oatmeal w/ grapefruit juice
10am 69grm shake
noon 4pc multigrain bread, teddy all natural peanut butter
3pm 69grm shake
6:30pm pwo mrp
8pm steak or chicken
10pm 69grm shake with natural peanut butter

*I take 4 ULTRA 40 & 4 MASS AMINOS with each meal/shake, CLA, ALA upon rising, Primrose oil and ALA before bed. Recently started using creatine/glutamine pre & post workout and before bed.
*twice a day I supplement with ephedra, gensing, green tea extract, bitter orange, Muscle Synergy and ALCAR.
*I only drink water and green tea during the day.
 
Quit being such a fucking punk! There ain't a whole lot of people that frequent this site that can even see one row of their abs let alone all of them. You are definitely under 10% just judging from your abs. You are a very lucky dude. Wish I could see mine. I never have. Not even when I was a kid.
 
You are looking ripped up dude, and I feel you about looking 180 but you're over 220lbs.....I am 6'2" and at 222 right now but feel and look 190lbs or so. It's just the height that's deceiving, and to tell you the truth I would love to have your look for summer. I'm working hard right now to trim down for the beach and the new g/f haha Also working my ass off mostly for me, but your body fat % looks to be around 10 or less bro so keep up the great work. I'm at about 15 right now maybe 17 at the most. But am running Winny 50 mg ED for 5 weeks with Test Enant so I can put on some lean mass.
 
You want some criticism motivation or some "you look good keep at it!" motivation? I can give both.

1. You look like you're in damn good shape bro.
2. From the pic, looks like your upper chest could be a touch bigger.

What do the legs look like?

Your right. My upper chest and delts are lagging. I have been doing incline first lately. Hopefully, that will help out.
My legs are behind. I have degenerative disk disease and was not able to do much with them for the last two years. With in the last month I have been able to do light squats (135, ass below parellel). They are coming around slowly.
I appreciate both types of feedback tremendously!

It kills me how you guys can eat like this and still retain your size. I have to eat 5 solid meals a day, plus all the shakes in between just to maintain my size.
 
Man... i wish i was under 10% at 250.. lol bro.. you dont eat anything! but u said u were goin to tweak up your diet a little bit right?

Yea upper chest and delts other than that i think youre at a healthy year around body fat. You dont look 237 but you are 6'3 and a pic alone is hard to tell how wide your body is.
 
I think you're looking better than a lot of us on this board (me included). If it's motivation you seek, look no further than the people around you. You don't want those 7%bf people to get the better of you and I'm sure you can just look out the window and find 5 or 6 people at 40%bf. You don't want to look like them either. That being said, I do think it's good to take a break. But, not because of a lack of motivation, that's the worst time to take a break.
 
dude you look good...i'd say definetely below 10% BF great abs my goal is to look pretty damn close to you at around that wait cauase i am 6'3 also but i think i have a bigger frame than you...but as others said its hard to tell with a pic...but otherwise looking great

My signature is a bit off. Not sure of the body fat. But I float between 240 when I wake up and 246 or so when I go to sleep.

Lol, that one picture I posted? If you want to, I can get some more:) Nobody commented on it, and I didn't want my gf to see 'em, so I just went ahead and took 'em off:)
 
I'd say about 10%. You obviously focus on your abs quite a bit as they are killer! Maybe hit your upper body a little more to even out. Other than that, lookin ripped bro, nice job!
 
Bor you looked ripped, no problems I can see...

I mean if you want to get technical there is a little water weight on your lower abs but dropping carbs a bit or using YES would clear that up nicely.

Keep up the good work!
 
LMAO...slat u look good bro...your abs look great arms are big. like i told u before pay some extra attention to those delts and traps. i have been hitting the incline more often than flatbench for the past year for the same reason. it works so stick with it.
