i am having a hard time to get my quads to grow, have great hamms and calves, but very lacking in the quad dept. My legs stay very very lean year around even when body fat average is high....open for any suggestions to get my quads up,,,,,,,
What's your leg workout out like? I've found that mine respond best to high reps (15-20 range). I do a lot of deep squats, leg press and hack squats. Everyone has a different ratio of fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. You may have to experiment a little to see if your quads respond to heavier weights or more reps.
