Need Melatonin

Does anyone know of a really good brand of Melatonin?

Can't use Needtosleep. I take that stuff and I can't wake up at 5am to go train. And when I do wake up...my training is weak.

And no. I cannot change my training routine around. 5am is the ONLY time I can go. :-( Sucks.

Nature's Bounty, also has B-6 and L-theanine, an amino from tea I believe that has a calming effect.

I'm not looking for a calming effect aka sedated and drugged up.

True. But it takes a long ass time for that to convert form 5-HTP to serotonin all the way down to melatonin.

Yeah when I take 5-HTP I get crazy dreams. Sometimes end up waking up screaming! Due to a stupid dream. LOL

Like me falling off of a building or something like that.

You never heard of "Melatonin-I" and "Melatonin-II" injectable peptides? Where have you been? lol.. The latter one for tanning. I don't know what injectable Melatonin-I is for though, thats why I was wondering if it's the same thing as melatonin pills you buy, then he could use that.

I wonder if you're thinking of Melanotan? Yep..sorry..just re-read your post. I think they are both tanning ones. Never heard of the injectable melatonin.
