For some reason while ketogenic dieting I am always hungry. The only time I am full is for about 10 mins. after I eat my meal. I am currently taking in 2200 calories and and it is straight protein and fat. I think total I am taking in about 10-12 grams of carbs a day. My diet is very controlled. I have been on for about 2 weeks now and for some reason I am always hungry. However when Isocaloric dieting my hunger pangs are not as intense. Does anyone care to venture as to why this would be? Could this be indicative of hypoglycemia? Thanks!
