Wll im knew to the world of muscle mass.... Im just starting to work out again and plan on waiting about 6 months before i take the leap. But until then i want to burn about 20 lbs. Diets pretty well in check McDonalds for breakfast Carls Jr for lunch and Burger King for dinner. But does anyone have any good weight loss pills or supps to start on.

Supplements are just that. A supplement to proper diet. Most are worthless imo, especially if you have no idea of what you are doing in the kitchen. The only way to permanently lose fat is by
proper diet and exercise. Supplements are not magic and will not help you if your diet is not in order. Use the stimulants when your diet stalls, not as a crutch for poor nutritional habits.
You must eat at least 5 small meals a day. 6 is optimal.
You must eat a meal at least every three hours.
You must eat lean complete protein with every meal. Chicken, tuna, eggs, egg whites, salmon, lean red meat, etc
You should eat fibrous green veggies and fruit with every meal. Broccoli, asparagus, green beans, berries, grapefruit, etc
You should limit your carbs other than fruit and veggies to low glycemic starchy carbs. Oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc
Do not drink any beverages that contain calories. No beer, soda, sweetened juice. Try to drink only water and at leas 8 oz for every pound of body weight.
