Wll im knew to the world of muscle mass.... Im just starting to work out again and plan on waiting about 6 months before i take the leap. But until then i want to burn about 20 lbs. Diets pretty well in check McDonalds for breakfast Carls Jr for lunch and Burger King for dinner. But does anyone have any good weight loss pills or supps to start on.

I really do hope you are kidding here.

Supplements are just that. A supplement to proper diet. Most are worthless imo, especially if you have no idea of what you are doing in the kitchen. The only way to permanently lose fat is by proper diet and exercise. Supplements are not magic and will not help you if your diet is not in order. Use the stimulants when your diet stalls, not as a crutch for poor nutritional habits.

You must eat at least 5 small meals a day. 6 is optimal.

You must eat a meal at least every three hours.

You must eat lean complete protein with every meal. Chicken, tuna, eggs, egg whites, salmon, lean red meat, etc

You should eat fibrous green veggies and fruit with every meal. Broccoli, asparagus, green beans, berries, grapefruit, etc

You should limit your carbs other than fruit and veggies to low glycemic starchy carbs. Oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc

Do not drink any beverages that contain calories. No beer, soda, sweetened juice. Try to drink only water and at leas 8 oz for every pound of body weight.
 
8 ounces per lb. of bodyweight...i think thats a lil EXCESSIVE?? if someone weighs 200 pounds...thats 1600 ounces of water...thats like 10 gallons...NO WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYy

Yes. You must carry a 10 gallon water bottle on a hand cart hooked to a garden hose everywhere you go. Also drinking that much water gives you a killer buzz.

1 oz per pound of body weight :)
 
My diet is doing okcan improve though. people are talking about lipo???? any thoughts if i take some and get my diet better than it is
 
im good on the mcdonalds and the burger king!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i went from the quater pounder to one cheese burger getting my diet in check is the start.lol

Lipoflame and Lipostim3 are both great products and will help with fatloss provided your diet is in order.

Getting rid of McDonalds and Burger King will do more than anything else.
 
ok hope u guys know im joking about the mcdonald and the burger king!!!!!!!!
im going to order the lipo tonight and ill start hopefully later in the week ill let yo uguys know how the progress is going id like to get rid of 15-20 lbs in a month so will see............

15 to 20 lbs in a month is a big goal. Most of the loss might be water weight and will come back. Good luck with the weight loss.

Wouldn't that be alot of sugar for someone trying to lose weight?

No. I would not eat fruit with every meal if MY goal was to lose fat. If your diet consists of pure shit like fast food then I don't think fruit with every meal would hurt. You should be eating veggies with every meal regardless of goals IMO.

Ok guys so no fruit with diet.... A good amount of water......going to start the lipo f ......
any other supps or should i start here and report my progress after a couple weeks
