Torn ligament
Went to Doc.(work related) today prognosis acromioclavicular ligament is torn, coracoclavicular ligament is stressed/possible minor tearing, Possible tearing anterior Deltoid. She said 3 weeks total rest and immobilization of arm, and she'll know if I will need further treatment/surgery. She then stated "your body is pretty tough and you are in good shape, so I say 3 weeks when normally I'd say 6 weeks. She then said you seem to heal exceptionally fast from previous injuries, you might try whatever you did before. I have another doctor who is into adventure sports too. and has been known to give out Steroids and even sometimes HGH.But its easier to get Steroids out of him. which is what i think she was eluding too. I have to go to her workman's comp. but can anyone tell me would Nandrolone or anything else prescribable here in U.S help this type of injury.Also she said modify my workout, can you still do arms etc. without stressing this injury too much I am rock climbing again soon and mid cycle Tren/Test and want to keep in shape and speed healing without fucking myself up.
