Need Info On Clen Cycle

Hey girls... I haven't been here in awhile.....

Questions in regards to taking my first clen cycle:
Might seem a bit dumb but i'm clueless when it comes to this.

1) when is the best time to take it?

2) Should I be taking this with something else to get better results?

3) Will this make my boobs shrink down to nothing? - (lol... I don't have much to begin with) :worried:

Please help.... any feedback will be appreciated!!!

Welcome first can we get a little more info about your current diet, training , stats etc. Then will talk turkey err clen.
 
diet: Turkey, Tuna, Chicken, fruits, some veggies, if bread (whole wheat or rye). Try to eat 4-5x a day.
Fitness: Gym- 3-4 days a week... cardio: 30 min weights: I switch on and off:
ex: Monday: arms/back, Wednesday: Legs/butt , Friday: Back, abs... etc.

BMI: 23
Height: 5'5
Weight: 135

Definitely what QT said. Personally I don't like clen as a fat burner because the advantages are small and non-existant if your diet & trainign aren't on par. But to your questions;

1) Which brand are you taking? - liquid? pill?
2) You can take taurine & potassium w/ it.
3) Depending on you, your boobs will shrink regardless of what you are taking if you are losing bodyfat.

Clen is not anabolic at all there are ZERO masulinizing sides. If you body fat is not already at or blow 18% I wouldn't bother. An ECA is just as effective fat burner with way less sides.
 
thanks for the info... my body fat is def.not 18% or under.....god, i feel like a heffa! Maybe I should skip the clen and take eca's instead.... any suggestions on what kind of eca's?

My personal fav is Thermo Gen 2. If I wear you I would for sure put off the clen tell your body is below 18%. Honestly for all the hype clen gets yeah it works but the sides are really not worth it shakes like crazy, headaches, etc.
 
I agree 100% w/ qt! Clen is usually the first entry into the world of "non-OTC supplements" for some reason. It seems to have a reputation as a killer fat burner, but IMO it is marginally better than a good OTC thermo and again, none of them will make a difference if your diet & training aren't tight, consistent and well-established. Especially at higher bodyfat you just aren't goign to see miracle results. Often women hear about stuff like this from guys who generally have lower bodyfat (barring the beergut boys), have greater body mass so can generally handle the sides better and will most likely see the results faster than your typical female who is 20% +. So going in, the misconceptions are established. Also the fact that clen is not OTC immediately dumps into the bin of "all that steroid stuff". No it isn't an anabolic, though it is a bit anti-catabolic.

I wish I could find the post from Fonz, but he stated some number of % that clen is more fat-burning than a good OTC thermo, and it was like just a few % better. And with clen, depending on the person, you can encounter some rather annoying shakes, anxiety and/or headache as you start loading it. For all of that, I still arrive back at the conclusion that there is no miracle pill that will get you fast but maintainable results without some sort of evil rebound or some cost that you will pay later. You simply cannot get around a solid, tight and consistent diet & training. It doesn't happen over night, but it does happen! And with it comes all sorts of improvements in your overall health that just can't be taken lightly in the big picture!
