I'm in charge of organizing a group fun day and need ideas. It's about 15 people and I can spend about $100/person. A red sox game woulda been good but 15 tickets is asking a lot. Any other ideas? Mixed group. guys/girls/athletes/fat people.

Please help. Thanks!

what is the ages of these groups?

Totally mixed. 22 year olds. 50 year olds. fat people. skinny people. men. women.

Hence my difficulties.

They have recently done:

Wine tasting
Patriots preseason game

100/person a decent amount. I was gonna take everyone disco bowling but that leaves 90/person lol. couple bad backs in the mix too...

ewww, that is a tough one.
What about what you picked and finish with eating somewhere? Or maybe a tour of museums and eat?
what do you have to do this for? Maybe have them give you ideas buy writing them down on a peice of paper and draw for it?

My company is instituting a program where the group goes out and just has fun a few times a year. It's a company morale booster thing. Nice idea, but a pain when I'm the one in charge of deciding what to do.

If it's for the people at work, ask them some choices and draw for it. That's what I would do. It's hard for us to decide since we don't know what is available there. Down here we have swamp tours, plantation homes, museum's, ships...things like that.

Well, what did you decide on?

no idea yet. I was hoping I'd come on here later and see 100 ideas and just pick a few lol. I to do my actual work and think about this on the side..which is kinda funny when they keep me here till bedtime and I'm in the gym half asleep.

I'll credit whoever gives me the best idea.

Where are you located and what is the weather like?
Oh nevermind. Dumb ?...YOu mentioned pats and sox!
Nice dinner and museum is a good thing to do. If it were nice out you could go to a theme park.

I have a few ideas. Where are you located?

1) Improvisation theater: they can go on the stage if they want to
2) Billiard lounge
3) Poker night
4) Mini golf
5) Karaoke
6) Bowling
7) Latin dance class
8) Comedy club
9) Pottery painting workshop

That's a good reply, thanks! I'm in Boston. But why are you calling me darling? LOL

Do you have Dave and Busters up there. You could have a nice sit down dinner then a night of games. Employees like that.

Are you not a darling, Darling? I call everyone "Darling". Better than the rappers who call women b...tch, I thought. But my rules are bendable.

What did you decide on for your social outing with the work colleagues?

skydiving, whitewater rafting, paintballing, there are companies that specialize in team building activities. If it's just for recreation then.......
How soon is it supposed to happen?
