Need ideas for new cycle

Last March I went on a 8 week cycle of sus at 250ml per week. Results were wicked while on it, but 1 month after I was off it, I lost it all.

Summer I layed off working out for a while to gain the weight. I'm weighing in at about 170lbs on a 5'7" frame.

I need some ideas for a new cycle. Don't want no nut shrinkage from that deca so I hear.
 
well while i agrre with golfer here is what i would do
weeks 1-2 anadrol 2-day
test prop 100mg every other
tren or fina at 75 a day for week one then 75 every other day for week 2
weeks 3-6 test prop 100-150 every other day
fina 100mg every other day
weeks7-10 test suspension and winstrol 100mg/100mg every other day
weeks 12 hcg 5000iu a week in divided dosages and 300mg clomid
weeks 13 hcg 5000iu a week in divided dosages and 200mg clomid
weeks 14 hcg 5000iu a week in divided dosages and 100mg clomid



and depending on your estrogen maybe some arimidex or liquidex(same thing) or nlovadex that switching up should help keep your gains that cycle should give you a solid 20-25+ lbs and maybe an 8 lb loss

thats just one example i ahave been wanting to try


i frontloaded the tren and didn't front load the prop do to anadrol usage
 
Tips? Sure, but first answer some questions.

What's your bodyfat? How old are you? What kind of physiological adaptation have you realized in the last year? How about in the last 6 months?
 
Try running your cycles longer.....maybe 10-12wks. You have to keep eating and working out too Bro, when your're "off."
 
Bodyfat percentage is around 12%.
I'm 18, 19 in a few months.
Been working out since I was 15 years old.
I had no problems at all with the sus, other than I got horny and for the 6th, 7th, and 8th shot hurt when I was injecting.
Last 6 months, I got bigger, but lost the strength I gained with it. I'm assuming because I took it by itself, and not with another item.
 
Whta have you gained naturally, before the gear? Where were you a yaer ago? Where are you now?

(And no, a lack of stacking another drug is not why you lost your "gains")
 
Not to sound like a dick but there really is no excuse for losing everything you gained from your first cycle. I don't think you said it explicitly but I'm assuming it was your first. It takes discipline after a cycle to work hard and eat right to maintain the gains. Try to establish a game plan for your next post cycle period so you can keep some gains this time around. With regards to the cycle, d-bol and test is always a good option. 35 mg of d-bol a week and 400-600 mg test for about 8 weeks sounds mighty nice.
