Need Help

I've been there man! I had 3 total disc replacements and matching fusions in my neck. I've always been a heavy lifter gym rat and to have that happen and destroy my spine and spirit, I saw dark days friend. The kind that change u forever.I got to 300 at 5'10" I decided to change or I was Gunna die trying to change. Well two and a half years and 3new dscs a plate w/ six screws later. I got down to 230 4 months ago but up to 250 after putting 20 solid lbs back from hard sessions in da gym. Been getting carried away with my long lost and finally returned power. I'm benchin 365, squatting 455, shoulder pressing 275. For a fake neck bro ask anyone wit my surgery it's pretty dam good. I'm so proud and thankful I didn't let life get in my way. It tried and I almost quit. But today I hold my head high when I see younger guys at my gym watch me lift. If money allows get some supps and invest in a trainer. I thought I knew it all but a trainer designed a plan specifically for me. Life is scary, there are no easy fixes. It's all up to u!

steroids are not weight loss magic pills.

run a catabolic diet and do cardio and the fat will fly off. I was in your same boat when i was in my early to mid 20's.. let myself go although I still worked out.. I was probably 25% bf. I finally decided I have had enough so I ran a catabolic diet of only fruits and veggies and drank a ton of water.. I dropped 40 pounds in 5 weeks. the fat was just flying off.
