hi guys i have recently finished my course of 450mg testosterone cypionate and 300mg nandrolone deconate a week for 6 weeks, i had a source for hcg but that fell through so i only have nolvadex for pct. will this be sufficient enough for my pct if i take it 40/40/20/20?? information will be very helpful

yep, im 22 5'9'' 170 pounds 12% bf, i was plannin on doing the hcg but got messed around i do have nolva but didnt take it during my cycle because i didnt notice any signs of gyno, my biggest problem is i have broken out on my back and shoulders pretty bad. i have tried over the counter stuff such as clearasil and benzoyl peroxide but it hasnt done much, whats ur thoughts on vitamin b5?

You'll be ok without the hcg bro. As you shouldn't use hcg post cycle but as an ancillary on cycle to prevent shutdown and in turn make for a faster recovery once you come off. With that said nova isn't bad it will help chances are that where ever your sourcing it from will also have clomid. I'd look into grabbing some and running it along side at 50mg ED. Go for 6 weeks instead of four on pct. And if founds allow add some OTC Supps a good test booster like phytoserm or hcgenerate will go a long way also DAA does wonders. thanks alot dude, ill see what i can do about that clomid. so for 6 weeks of nolva should i just do 40/40/20/20/20/20? and as for test boosters i have test'o'rod would that be any good u recon? and still curious about the vitamin b5? sorry for all the questions just really wish i had done alot more research before hand as it was my first course.
