I Took A Shot Sat. And It Was A Tren And Tes Blend..i Did It In My Shoulder...yes I Know This Is A No No And I Should Have Known Better But The Fuckin Damage Is Done Now!!..but Everywhere Else Was Sore..well Two Days Ago, The Skin All Around The Area Became Red Like A Rash And Very Warm...well Yesterday I Started Feeling A Lump Starting To Form And The Pain Is Through The Roof..i Have A High Tolerance For Pain No Doubt..but I Can't Even Lift My Shoulder Over My Head Now...what's The Best Thing I Can Do For This To Prevent It From Getting Any Worse..keep Rubbing It???any Advice Would Be Greatly Appreciated...
