need help.

I been aroun the board only a little while, basically every night since i registered and have done my home work. The question I have is what is best to lose fat?

I am 5'4.5" and wheigh in at 265 bf is about 20% I know it is alot but that is why I came to the board. I am starting to eat clean and am trying to get down to 150. Im going to be useing adipo and xenadrine. What I was wondering also was should I lose wheight first than AS or use AS to help me loose body fat as well? Im trying to build a good base so that i can build quality. Please help Im tired of being fat and it is time for action. Oh I almost forgot yes I am doing cardio and lifting 1hr each.

You said you just started to eat clean...well i suggest you continue that process and do more cardio per day....most people want the easy way out and fell AS is the way...well its really not....you need to know how to train and eat correctly.....once you get your program down and you have been doing it for a while with out results..and feel you need this then try it....if your already at that point you can try a clen t3 cycle...do some research on those things...lata g
 
Something is not adding up here. You are 5 feet 4 and a half inches tall, weight 265 and are 20%bf? That means you have 53lbs of fat and 212lbs leam muslce mass. Now you want to get down to 150lbs? Why on earth would you want to lose 62lbs of muscle? Either there is a typo somewhere or you are WAY over 20%bf. If your way over 20% bf, cut cals and exercise, AAS will be too hard on your system.
 
the reason I want to get down that far is because Im afraid of getting fat again if I cannot maintain my lean body mass. you are right im not looking for an easy way out just wanted some good advice from people who live the iron game lifestyle. Ive been out of the game for awhile. 7 years to be exact. I used to weigh 180 lbs at 10% all natural. 54" shoulders 19" arms 31" waist and decent quads,and a 46" chest. how i got that big was i was on the bigger faster stronger program and was not eating right. I never had that ripped look i wanted. thanks for the encougement Will be posting before and after picures hopefully soon.

Well, if you really do want to lose weight...make sure to keep your diet clean (you must stay dedicated), do tons of cardio, and you can look into the E/C/A stack. I hear that's good for weight loss.

That's not a good idea. You gained the fat by eating poorly. If you lose muscle, you'll be burning less calories and your poor eating habits will still be there making you fat.

Change your eating habits, not the amount of muscle you're carrying. That'll keep your metabolism up and help you keep the (fat) weight off.

THanks for all the support. you guys are right and I am changing my eating habbits. I guess I was looking for an easy way out but its just going to be hard work. I ve done it before so I know it can be done.
 
from what I understand real muscle is very hard to lose (not AAS water muscle) ..

Saint 7: I know I worked my ass off until I reached my natural limit and now FINALLY I am starting my first cycle. If I were you I'd do @ least 20mins of cardio 3 days a week, more if you can handle it. Also bust out a nice cutting routine. You should burn all the fat away before you consider AAS. (With Xenadrine that should be much easier)
