Whats up people, im real new to this kinda stuff im 20 years old im 6'2 and bout 167lbs im way to skinny i cant put on an oz of weight which is ridclous im ebaressed as shit to take my shirt off at the beach cuz im like all bones hah but look im very intrested in getting gear but i dunno how bout getting what kinda cycle i should im only looken to gain bout 30- 35 lbs so i dont look so god dam skinny if any body can help me out shit it would be greatly appraicted

Try eating and working out correctly for 3 months. If you can't gain weight, you're not eating enough. PERIOD!
 
What is your previous workout experience how long have you been training?

if you wanting to gain weight you need to get your diet right and eat eat eat (clean foods)

Do lots and lots of research aas is a big step and if you dont have your diet right , training right , and pleanty of knowledge your setting yourself up for some unwanted results.

Have you ever used aas before? I would suggest going over to the diet forum and read over that there are alot of good weight gaining diets and ways to train without aas that will get you where you wanna be.
 
post your diet and workout plan so these smart guys and gals can help you out - you're too young for gear in mosts opinion - good luck!
 
hey thanks for quick respones, personally ive tryed plenty of protein powders n cretinte stuff like that, at one point and time i thought i read eveything i could possibly read bought these scam shits online bout how a 140lb man gained so much way on his tequinces and then i found out he cut and paste his pic of his head on a diffrent bodie stupid me hah, but at one point in time i also ate everything i could get my hands on, and in my situation its diffacult now a days to acculty eat consentitly threwout the day which im sure would work, but the whole idea bout the gear really interst me cuz i saw a freind go from my weight to this chizzled body getting gourgous girls cuz of his body he couldnt get any thing before this so it makes it even more appealing after seeing that

Write down everything you eat for a week. Post it in the diet forums. I seriously doubt you're eating enough to grow... If you're not gaining weight, you're simply not eating enough.
 
well in all honesty tell me what you think idealy is a good diet schemme for a hard gainer like my self, u think gear is out of the question?

Hey man was in same boat as you foreverrrrrrr, I know exactly what you mean. Im 6'2" and used to weigh 160. Then i went from eating 1-2 meals a day to eating 5-6 meals a day at about 4,000 went from 160 to 180. hit the gym 4 days a week, heavy weights 10 reps highest most from 4-8. took me 2 months to gain 20 lbs. Don't worry about getting fat, you can always shed that, that was my biggest concern, whoever tells you, you can gain muscle without gaining fat is full of shit, you need to eat tons but eat clean calories, good food to keep the fat lower. about 1.5 grams protein per LB. If you do that, I promise you will get bigger, Im a hard ass gainer. It sucks I know. But eat your heart out, hit those weights and do all the research on this site, read stickies, read threads do you own searches. You do that for a good 3-4 months and keep to it. You will put on a lot of good weight and by then you'll have good knowledge on AAS and then be ready to take this route if you wish. Best of luck to ya bro.

Gear is never out of the question, but you're better off learning how to train and eat without gear first.

Start eating 3000 calories a day.... if you don't gain any weight after a week, try 3250 or even 3500 calories.

Keep a foodlog at fitday.com

Eat tons of protein (200-300g a day), plenty of complex carbs (300-400g) and about 100-150g of healthy fats.

Protein: cottage cheese, fish, meat, protein powders, milk, eggs.
Carbs: brown rice, oats, vegetables, whole wheat bread, fruits.
Fats: Fish oil, flax oil, olive oil, nuts.

There's plenty more you can eat, but that should give you some basic guidelines.

Heck, go ahead and have some junkfood too... pizza, pancakes, hamburgers, etc.

After your workouts, have a protein/carbs shake, consisting of about 30-50g of whey protein, and 100g of simple carbs (dextrose and/or maltodextrin).

There's plenty of workouts out there... I'd recommend full body workouts every 2 days. Focus mainly on compound exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench pressing, pullups, rows, and so on.

Gear is completely out of the question my friend.

You need to keep a food journal of everything that goes into your mouth. I promise you that it is NOT NEARLY what you think it is. You need to eat 6 meals per day.

Post up what a typical day of eating looks like for you...we will try to get that in line then we will look at what your routine looks like. If you do steroids at this point you may put on some weight but the problem is since you do not know how to properly eat you will lose it all.

In general this is the case but I have seen cases were the persons body is not absorbing the nutrition from what they eat. I wonder if this guy has stomach problems. Upset stomach when he eats stuff like that.

If he is eating enough but still not gaining weight I would suggest going to a good Chinese herbalist. Every Chinatown has one or two. There are formulas to help this out. You know the Chinese want to get big too.

I would strongly advise against doing any gear if this is the source of the problem. Because there is not enough nutrition being absorbed to get the body to grow and gear will not improve that problem but good herbs will.
