Hey guys, how are you doing? I am 21 years old and have been lifting for about four years. I have been stuck at 180lbs for about six months and have been thinking about using gear for a while. I have heard that I am too young to juice. Is this true, what could happen if I do, am I still growing? Is it a bad idea?

A lot of people will say you are to young but bottom line is, if your going to do it then do it right. Your still growing and I am sure you have much more growing to do natually. No one can make your choices for you and there is really no way to tell how you will react to "gear". If your not gaining and are stuck then the first thing I would look at would be your diet. What does it look like ? Do as much research as possable and know exactly what your puting into your body before you start anything! Your health comes first. Drop me a line if you have any questions

Yah bro, you will gain some good weight between 21-27 if you keep lifting. No need to get into the juice until 30 IMO! That is when I started after 15 yrs of training.

hey bro

your body is still a chemical/hormone production factory, you dont NEED roids at your age, if youve hit a plateau, switch up your diet, change your routine about, take it to your genetic max first before considering AAS, but like the man said if your gonna do it then make sure you do it right, your in the right place, there are some extremely knowledgeable people here, do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions, try and find someone of a similar age who has taken AAS and get their lowdown on it, good luck.

If you are going to juice, just make sure that you do the proper research.

The best advice here is to research like crazy and make the best choice for you. I'm against 18 year olds who haven't lifted more than 6 months even thinking about gear, but if you're 21 and have 4 years of solid lifting under you belt, I'm not so sure its a bad thing to consider. What is most important is that you know everything about your cycle and post cycle, including sides and remedies. You need to have your lifting and diet in check along with being focused on the goals at hand. If you really approach all these factors and still are 100% for it, then you may be ready.
