I am thinking about doing a cycle to help bring out some muscularity. I was thinking about trying either Winny or Primo. I am 20 yrs old, about 215 lbs with about 13% BF. Any advice on which I should do, what supplements to take and the best way to train while on it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Try some Test, A simple Test only cycle should be a great first cycle and with a good diet should yeild nice results.
Test at 500-750mg/week for weeks 1-10
Clomid for post cycle. There are many things that stack well with Test but I am not sure if you were looking to stack or not. I like to train a little harder while on gear and maybe do 3-4 more total sets before body part but nothing to dramatic, I like to keep the same routine. Make sure you have a good diet and you will be happy with your results. Let me know if you want to stack or not. Good Luck!
