need Help!!

Been shut down for the past four months after a nandrolone phenylpropionate ,testoviron and anadrol cycle. Went to an endocrinologist had blood work done today


normal range
FSH 1.5 (1.0 - 23.8 pmol/L)
ICSH 1.8 * (2.0 -12.0 )
estradiol 77.4 (49.6 -218.0 )
Prolactin 4.5*** (0.16 - 0.65 )
Testosterone 2.7* (9.9 - 27.8 )



Question is why is my prolactin levels so high I know my test is shut down.But wat about the prolactin the doc doenst know and says i might have a tumor in my pitutary gland
