in the military...gotta be certain height/weight unless you're ripped...i work out with uncle sam in the morning 3x's a week...in the gym just about every day during week...eat clean 85% of the time...got my vices but don't overdo it...cannot for the life of me lose the weight around my stomach...pills, powders, potions, lotions have been tried....do cardio like a madman....do legs on mon, chest/back on wed, arms on fri...low-moderate weight, high reps(12-25)...was on some supps(tribex 500, ecdyvone, isopure protein) and have stopped...dont buy the age crap now that i'm 30...i'm 5'9, 196lbs...i just want to be ripped...
 
I didnt see abs in your taining regimine anywhere? If you want to lose weight aroud your stomach do situps/crunchs bro, and if you can do them daily that would be great. Cut the majority of fat in your diet, increase the protien intake (increases you metabolisim also) and do your ab work.... you will lose the weight and cut up. Otherwise all the other stuff you are doing sounds good.

its cool that you eat all that powder and supps and shit..BUT you gotta have a clear view on your diet..how much carbs/fat/protein. everything. you cant wing something like that. my advice for training abs is once a week..more isnt needed. but cardio on an empty stomach, low carb/high protein/moderate fat diet, and you will be there.
 
thanx for the replies....i was doing abs every day, twice a day. didnt notice a difference really...i can see the upper part coming out...the handles are just hanging off me...diet is tuna, chicken, lean beef at about 200-250gms a day, probably even more than that...carbs coming from broccoli, oranges, popcorn(no butter/salt), baked potato, oatmeal...ab training was 3-4 sets of situps 50-40-30-20, hanging knee raises 4x15(or failure), mad russians(oblique twists), flutter kicks, bicycle kicks, etc...use my jeans as the true test...how tight or loose...
