in the military...gotta be certain height/weight unless you're ripped...i work out with uncle sam in the morning 3x's a week...in the gym just about every day during week...eat clean 85% of the time...got my vices but don't overdo it...cannot for the life of me lose the weight around my stomach...pills, powders, potions, lotions have been tried....do cardio like a madman....do legs on mon, chest/back on wed, arms on fri...low-moderate weight, high reps(12-25)...was on some supps(tribex 500, ecdyvone, isopure protein) and have stopped...dont buy the age crap now that i'm 30...i'm 5'9, 196lbs...i just want to be ripped...
