need help with t-3 supplementation w/extended DNP cycle

Here's how my cycle looks
Day 1 = 600mg and
Days 2-5 = 400mg
Day 6 =800mg
Day 7 = 600mg
Day 8 = nothing
Day 9-14= .4mg of clen

And then start over with day one. I'm going to be taking ECA w/DNP to combat the cravings. I know that there isn't enough time off the DNP and I need to supplement t-3 in order for this to work. I've done 3 DNP cycles and am using the same supplier. I've got an office job so the logic behind is to do some light sweating during the week and then cook it up on the weekend (the 600 and 800mg days). So I'm just trying to figure when to start the t-3 and how much. I'm thinking of 25mcg/day starting on day 6 of the DNP and keep it running until the beginning of the next DNP cycle. I want to repeat this 3, maybe 4, times. Any input would be appreciated.

Why don't you try a short cycle? Say, 800mg on D1, 600mg of D2 and D3. Off for three days. Repeat... Take 4 days off. Repeat, take 5 days off. If you can't handle the dose, then go 600-400-400...

This will avoid the reduced t3 problem. IMO this is when fat burning begins to slow... around D4.. Well, D2,3 if you carb deplete before hand.

The only thing is that I have to keep my serious sweating days to the weekend. DNP @400mg w/a shirt and tie is brutal enough. Besides, is three days on really enough to notice benefit from?

I notice most of my loses in the first couple of days, could also be I start to hold water after a few days though... One day I will experiment with Andy's 3-4 day deal....
