This may turn out to be long because I want you guys to understand where I'm coming from. I'm looking to gain at least 30 lbs in lean body mass. Not at all interested in becoming a fat ass to get there. Currently I'm 5'10 210-215 lbs at about 10% bf. My goal is not so much to achieve a certain body weight but to reach a certain physical appearance. Presently my arms neck and calves are at 18" (arms actually 18.5) I would like to get all three to 20" and keep everything else proportionate as well. This is where you guys come in... I want a cycle that will allow me to keep the water down, easy on the hair (no DECA because it thinned my hair out, grew back though), I don't want my liver and kidneys to fall out, easier to keep gains with hard work after the fact, and I don't want to have to inject 100 times a week. If they turn out to be painful substances then so be it, I can deal with that. I realize that some of you may be shaking your heads right now and thinking that what I'm looking for does not exist. If it did then everyone would be huge. Realistically I know that I will have to accept some bad with the good. I'm asking that you guys get me close and explain the cycles you suggest in terms of dosage, duration, and side effects. Thanks in advance for your help.
