Need help with second cycle, don't know what to do.

This may turn out to be long because I want you guys to understand where I'm coming from. I'm looking to gain at least 30 lbs in lean body mass. Not at all interested in becoming a fat ass to get there. Currently I'm 5'10 210-215 lbs at about 10% bf. My goal is not so much to achieve a certain body weight but to reach a certain physical appearance. Presently my arms neck and calves are at 18" (arms actually 18.5) I would like to get all three to 20" and keep everything else proportionate as well. This is where you guys come in... I want a cycle that will allow me to keep the water down, easy on the hair (no DECA because it thinned my hair out, grew back though), I don't want my liver and kidneys to fall out, easier to keep gains with hard work after the fact, and I don't want to have to inject 100 times a week. If they turn out to be painful substances then so be it, I can deal with that. I realize that some of you may be shaking your heads right now and thinking that what I'm looking for does not exist. If it did then everyone would be huge. Realistically I know that I will have to accept some bad with the good. I'm asking that you guys get me close and explain the cycles you suggest in terms of dosage, duration, and side effects. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Well usually if someone coming from nowhere would ask such a question I would tell him to do a search, but since you paid for your Platinium membership then I think you deserve an answer.

Gain 30 lbs on your 2nd cycle is pretty hard but not impossible. I would say that since you eliminated Deca then its gonna a bit harder. Here's what I would suggest:

Test Cyp 400 mg week 1-10
Dbols 40 mg week 1-5
EQ 1000 mg week 1-2 then 600 mg week 1-10
Fina 75 mg week 7-12
Test Prop 100 mg week 9-12
arimidex/liquidex 0.5 mg Ed week 1-12

Ok I know the dosage may sound a bit high but remember you said you were looking for 30 lbs of lean mass. The key there is your diet. Sure EQ will make you hungry like an animal but not everything is recommended. So maybe if you take a look at the diet board or some diet expert here could give you accurate advices on this topic, since I'm Mr. Junk food.

Concerning the sides. Its hard to tell. Prop wont make you bloat and usually as less sides than other tests (like susp). One thing I would keep an eye on is possibly acne. Once again everyone is different I usually get no acne at all during a cycle but then my shoulders turn into a strawberry field with clomids. Anyway take a look at this cycle and tell me what you think about it :)
 
Thanks Manny. I should have explained that I've been looming around this board for about a year. I just never set up an account because I was having fun reading everyone else's posts. I have searched extensively but the Anabolic Discussion Board seems to have gotten out of hand. Most of the time the guys that post there (with the exception of a few) just argue. I was getting confused because no one seemed to be able to agree on anything. So now I'm here. Anyway the cycle that you've posted looks like it's right along the lines of what I'm looking for. I'd like to know if the d-bol could be dropped or substituted with something else? The reason why is (and correct me if I'm wrong) but isn't that the only thing that you listed that can be detected in a drug test for up to a year? I don't want that weighing on my mind. Who knows where I may be in a year and have to take a piss test...
 
Although you're unlikely to be tested for this...
dBol 3 - 6 weeks
Equipoise 20-25 weeks
Fina 4-6 weeks
Testosterone-Cypionate 12-15 weeks
Testosterone-Propionate 2 -3 weeks
 
It's impossible to tell you what will net you 30lbs, that depends on too many factors. But let's see what we can do with the limitations you set.

Durabolin (nandrolone phenylpropinate- not deca)
wks 1-10 300mg/wk

Test Prop
wks 1-10 400-600/wk

Dbol
wks 1-5 40mg/ed


The durabolin will allow you to use nadrolone and stop if you start to lose hair. I'd use liquidex at 1mg/day, and have some nolvadex on hand. Protein intake should be high, especially because of the nandrolone. I'd say atleast 250g/day, maybe more.

Total cals should be 4000. This cycle would require you to inject 3 times per week, not 100.

Hey, thanks! This is useful to me as well. I'm in much the same boat as MINUS... planning a second cycle with an emphasis on size, and concern about hair loss. The main difference is that I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs, so I'd probably go with the low end on the Test Prop.
