I Have Been At 14 Percent Bf Forever And Want To Get Down A Couple Percents. Can Anyone Critique My Diet/fitness Regimen And Give Me Some Pointers:
Iam 5'6 132 Pds
Meal 1
1/2 Cup Oats
5-6 Egg Whites
Meal 2
Protein Bar Or Shake( Low Carbs)
10 Almonds
Meal 3
Chix Breast, 1/2 Cup Br. Rice Or Salad With Chicken Or Tuna
Meal 4
Same As Meal 2
Meal 5
Low Fat Beef Or Fish
Veggies
Meal 6
Low Carb Bar, Or Shake With Glutamine
I Also Take Omega Fish Oils/flax, Multis
Train Heavy 5x Wk, Cardio 3-4 For 20-30 Minutes Hitt
I Also Have A Cheat Meal Once A Wk And A Glass Of Wine
Water- 1 Gallon A Day
