Use toastmaster ideas - i was a member for 3 years cool shit.. Also, making eye contact and speaking in your natural voice works.. and, when you really want to make a point avoid the 'to be' verbs.. If you want to put points across ilke Nitche than use the method of describing the wrong way to do something first and then show how your way avoids short comings of the first way.. instead of just explaining your way first w/o a ref. point.. good luck.
