Need help with Novotiral(T3/T4)

I recently read an article by Antony Roberts stating that if you are using hgh without t4 then you were wasting half your money. In order to get full results from gh, it should be used with T4.

I'm currently taking test e 500mg/wk and gh 4iu's/d and would like to start taking t4 to get my moneys worth from the gh.
I've been able to get some Novotiral which is t4/t3 combo.. it is marked 100mcg/20mcg on the blister packs.
Anyone who has used these help me out here?... I'm a little confused with this stuff and I don't want to screw up my thyriod.

So I need your help fellas!!!! I've never taken this stuff before.

It comes out to 50mcg per tab of T3. Your body converts the T4 into T3.

100mcg of T4 is roughly 30mcg of T3, so ad the 30 to the 20 and there you go.

50mcg T-3

Ramp up quickly and come down extremely slow.

i think the reaction that turns t4 to t3 is more what Is the benefit from taking it woth growth more than actual t3/4 itself
