need help with my new routine

Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?
No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

no, actually, i'm sober right now. i'm having problems with this routine though. you gonna help or just bust my balls? i've gotta get back into lifting because my shoulder is almost done healing.

ok. u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?

20 lbs = 20 lbs guy or girl there biscuit..... 20 lbs doesn't *magically* convert to 30 lbs just cuz you're a guy....
 
ok, i'm really trying here. you have 20 LBS, you lift 30 LBS, but if you're not GUY, you want HALF, with no home plate, so you get 10. but, you want no GUY since you're lifting, so its 30 LBSS or 10?

Half of 30 lbs is 15 lbs....

I took 20 pounds, but for guy 30 LBS, so if u start from HOME (Machine) u want HALF for girl, so 10, but if I work out FIRST, do get I 30 LBS or 20 ?

Hey Gravy, I do workout...and am intelligent.... BUT half of 30 is still 15 no matter how you look at it!!
 
so you at home lift sitting 30 but only for a guy but girl you have to first work out the 20 at home base, for girl ;)
 
Why do you even care what it would be for a girl?? Does Barb want to know?? Or your daughter?? Or are you getting that *certain* operation?? And since you've been on hormones for so long, wearing Barb's clothes & living as a female, you feel you should be working out as a female??

Just lift the darn 30 lbs -- you could be done the whole routine by now.....

to answer your original question since everyone is ignoring you.

comprehend that all you have to do is take into consideration

1)the level of your rotation on the lift. (think of it like this. if u have 10 pulls and 5 pulls over the course of a lift they will not make a difference if u did the original 20 floored)

2) with or without a lean your home anyway.

20 for girl 30 floor with no lean is like a 10 man pull (actually 15 if you count the gym lean)

either way your home is what im trying to say.

if home not gym then 30 for man and 20 for girl? but then if home and no floor than 15 for girl but 30 for man?

no PM IM from gym, but can PM IM from home.

no temp file so no e-mail from home. fuckin windows hates mozilla thunderbird. new comp is funcitonal though, tomorrow it goes through final paces, so will have e-mail from home with new temp file from gym.
 
if need update from fox hit half load from explore. been doing that for bags of pulls.

gym me. actually gym dont. floor instead. easy for girl but twice for guy. just like the lean from earlier.

ive been thinking about dividing the pull by a half girl from room. tuna or not gym is salmon. like the other 20 bag girl 10 man. :coffee:
