Is this good, anything I should change?

Here's my routine

I don't know wheter you're bulking or cutting....
but you need more good fats

good fats:

flax seed oil, fish oils, hemp oil, canola oil, olive oil

and if you're bulking you can have extra carbs

What would be something good I could take to school and eat in like 5 minutes? I could probably eat something around 10, I know that teacher wouldn't care...

I take my protein bars to class, something quick and convenient....just make sure you bring some water with you or else you are not gonna swallow that thing too easily :)

Should I take the whey right after I lift, then eat something else later on? I work at 6 so is there something I could take to work that would be good?

Thanks

whey + high GI carbs just after workouts

and a solid meal 1h later

Needhelp, this looks like a cutting diet to me. If you're bulking your carbs
are way too low. You should have some carbs before your workout (looks like
you only have proteins and fats in meal 4).

Immediately after your workout have a whey based meal replacement drink (typically about
40grams protein and 30 grams carbs) plus some simple carbs that you can
easily bring to the gym. Try bananas, figs, dates, etc.

Your next meal should have lots of protein and more carbs (meal 5, which looks good).
