Need help with first cycle..

I can get only a very limited quantity of Dball( 50ct 5 mg) from a reliable friend. I am very lean and maintain a highly aerobic weekly routine and also very avid in weightlifing. I have pretty much been using the same routines since high school but seemed to have leveled off on my size gains. I am 5'6 and weight 145 pounds. So Im considering using this extra gear he has laying around to try to add some mass/weight (looking to obtain a higher wrestling class.) With around 40-50 dballs i am considering a cycle of: 1st week:10 mg a day
2nd week:15 mg a day
3rd week:10 mg a day

Ive done my reasearch and I have formed the opinion that i dont feel this cycle will do much for me. But I also feel it might be a good cycle to start with considering ive never use anabolics before. I am looking for any professional opinions here, because I dotn want to waste my money for something I know Im paying too much for already(havent been successful in locating legit sources yet). But i do know 100 percent that his gear is legit.....and opinions advice etc will be much appreciated.

i believe you can get a lot more gains without going to the dark side. change up the routine...more sets or less sets, hamstrings on a different day than quads etc. get 200-250grams of protein a day, hit up the carbs in the early morning such as 3-4 cups of oatmeal and taper at the end of the day. make sure you get good fat in your diet and minimize bad fats.

I have been using around 200 g of protien a day for quite a while now... On highly aerobic days I use about 50% more protien than on less aerobic days. I have tried varying my lifting routine and that helped a bit, but now varying doesnt seem to help quite as much. When i say i have had the same routine, I was refering to aprox 3 hours of mat time 3-4 days a week. And aprox 1-3 hours of gym time 4-5 days a week. My diet runs very closely to what you suggested, and honestly leaness I have no problem with( aproxx. 8-10 % on season, 12-14% off season). Its mearely a bulking issue with me.Thanks for the reply =]

I agree with JC. No need to juice when you're 5'6" 145. You have ALOT of room to grow. Just eat eat eat and eat some more. You'll put on some fat, but you'll get some good LBM too. If anything, get a hold of some creatine. I suggest EAS PhosphagenHP, I'm going to use it with anavar on my next cycle I think.

and truthfully the cycle you mapped out shouldnt do much for you anyway. if you are a wrestler and are constantly cutting weight the unhealthy way that wrestlers do then you are probably loosing hard earned muslce constantly. if you are only planning on using one kind of gear then dbol is not the best way to go. do you get tested?

You should NEVER be in the gym for 3 hours, a good workout should take in between 45 and 90 minutes. And since you are so active, your caloric needs are very high, you aren't eating enough. I'd shoot for 3-4000 cals.

I have tried creatine in the past, but it is semi dangerous in this sport because of the high amount of dehydration that runs rampant during the on season. I do use creatine during the very small off-season and it does seem to help. By how much do you mean increase my diet? My daily average caloric intake during the on season is around 3800-4800 a day. That diet ispretty hard to maintain in my occupaiton, but i barely manage it. Would you advise weight gainer powders, or do you feel that they are a waste of money. I used weight gainer 2200 gold a few years back during my initial bulk phase and it combines with creatine increased my weight by 30 pounds, But i was also a freshmen in high school and that weight gain could have also just been normal gain grom growing.

Testing is at a very minimal. And in regards to the unhealthy weight cutting. That is the primary reason I am bulking up, to get away formt he highly competitive classes of 125-155 where sickly habits are used to cut weight. This year I am not cutting weight at all so that i can go back on creatine safely and aim for around the 180-190 range so that i wont have the need to cut insane amounts of weight to compete. When i gave the work out numbers pls keep in mind that that was per day, usually twice a day. The time values were combined. Thank you so much for your time also.

well i dont think hitting the gear is a good thing, just seems counter productive. i guess wait until your offseason and do it....but at your age you have a lot of natural growth to come. i graduated highschool at 155..after two years of college i got to 200 naturally.

I guess i hsoudl have posted my age too. I am 20 years old, and the only reason I have decided to try gear is because for the past 2 years ive maintained the weight of 136-145 during the onseason/offseason respectively. And my friend has used gear in the past and got to where he wanted. this gear is just what he has left from his old cycle. he called it quits because he is happy where he is, that and his supplier got busted. You guys are the masters of this though so Im absorbing this info like a sponge.

since you are a wrestler then you are probably real lean, so the weight is probably not a good way to look at it. and i just figured you were in highschool. and from earlier you are probably over training.

but i think dbol would be a great thing to get started with but imo you need to stack it with something like test prop, both at low dosages. you are gonna have to find a new source and get some more dbol anyway, cause you just dont have enough.

ah, a wrestler. i was one also in HS. i wrestled 152 weight class. I actually never had to cut weight but i wound up being 146 by christmas break. I was VERY lean.

Are u still in HS? Increase your water intake to 2 gallons and take some creatine. Dont do the juice just yet, trust me. Hit up the PH's. they will help you out. try 1-AD and Boldione.

PM me for more help

Simply put...if you eat more calories than your body uses during the day...you grow. If you eat less calories than you use...you shrink.

Calorie surplus=growth
calorie deficit=loss

If 3800-4800 calories maintains your body weight, then eat 5000 calories a day.

And since its a bulking issue for you, you shouldn't be concerned about gaining some extra fat.

I asked Jc this same question in a pm , but I want to see several peoples view on the subject. I was always under the impression that excessive calories get converted into fat when not used. my impression to what your saying is that this isnt true? Im sorry if i sound like a complete moron , Im just trying to learn.

If not used, then yes...they will turn to fat. But from what you are saying...you are maintaining your weight at 3800-4800 calories. In order to increase your weight, which you want, you must increase your calories.

Some will be used to make new LBM, and some will turn to fat.

Thanx guys so much for everything...Right now im working on a new diet plan to use. I think im going to cut back my time in the gym a little bit Mabey call a max 2 a day combined time of 1 hr 30 min. Mabey i am jusy putting some overkill on my body. Any suggestions on how to effectively increase calories easily would me much appreciated(foods supplements).

Recently I started buying shakes from my gym immediately after my workouts. I go for the weight gainer shakes, which have 1200-2000 calories, 60g of protein, 200g of carbs, and 3g of fats. That ups my caloric intake up quite a bit. It costs me about $4, and I workout 3-4 times a week...so $15 a week. I think it's well worth it since I would probably just waste it on something else anyways (beer). And I'm only going to be able to do it for another week, then I go back to school.

So I'd get a weightgainer, and drink a big shake right after your workouts.
