Need help with diet!

OK guys, I need to lose fat but gain lean muscle at the same time.. My real problem area is my abs! It's my only problem area, really... I weigh 160lbs but i am guessing i Need to get to 170 with atleast 10% bf... I am 5'8 so this weight is pretty ideal for the body i want.

Any recommendations on a diet?
this is my typical diet:
breakfast: eggs/OJ/bread
lunch: rice, beans, chicken/fish
dinner: usually meat, or sandwich

between those meals i am thinkin I should start intake of protein shakes atleast twice a day.
 
Read the diet stickys on the first page then post up your sample diet.

People are more helpful around here if they feel like the person asking for advice has researched on thier own.
 
whats your cardio like.

Also I would eat 5-6 smaller meals a day, drop the bread (if you have to have it eat wheat bread) Use brown brown rice instead of white
