need some help with my "Deca only" cycle...
starting my fifth week next sunday, a can allready see some good gains...
I`ve been taking 2ml`s of deca durabolin(norma) a week....
but after my fifth week,im going away for 3weeks,and the only training I can do whould be push-sit-ups and chins..I also have 2 bumbells whith 20 pounds each...
What kind of supplement,training and eating should I do not to loose any gains and\or gain FAT...I`m waiting for some stacker3,,but I don`t know....
