Need Help With Cycle Plan

I am 2 weeks into a 4 week dbol cycle. 2.5 mgs when waking up/before bed and 10 mg an hour before working out each day. I am doing this cycle to get my body back into gym shape. I havnt lifted in about 4 years prior to the last month. I am 3 months postop from knee surgery. I have 10cc of 300mg Test E and 120 10mg dbol tabs for my next cycle which will be 4-6 weeks after this one. I am wondering how to use this test and dbol and maximize its potential. I dont plan on doing another cycle after that one. I was thinking 250mg every 7 days of test for 12 weeks and a 4 week kicker at 25mg ed of dbol to start.25mg arimidex every other day with more on hand if the nipples get sore and 50mg a day of clomid for 2 weeks starting at 12 weeks. Would it be better for me to increase the test on a shorter cycle or go for the 12 weeks. I am 5'11 195 around 18% bodyfat mainly in my stomach. My goal is to just have a nice body and to be in shape for soccer season. Mostly training high reps and sets with lower weight and 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week at the moment. I appreciate any advice or tips!!
 
Hit a clean diet for 3 months, lift heavier rather than lighter, and focus on losing 3% bf before touching anything else. Once you hit the 15% mark I'd go for a 30mg dbol ed weeks 1-4 with 500 test/week. Good, simple cycle, the leaner you are going into a cycle the easier and leaner you will be throughout. If you lift heavier before you cycle you can judge better once your on plus will gain more mass and increase base metabolic rate. This is just my thoughts mate
 
I have been on a clean diet for about 7 weeks now and have lost 10 pounds and 2 inches on my waist without being able to run from my surgery. I do plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in and 1 bannana for breakfast. 6in sub on whole wheat bread with a protein shake for lunch then gym and another protein shake after. 1 cup of rice 1 chicken breast or fish and a bag of vegetables of dinner. So 500mg test a week for 6 weeks will be better then 250 for 12 weeks. I read test is good at boosting the metabolism so I was planning on cutting my bodyfat while on the longer cycle.
