ok i need help with a cutting diet, it isnt for me but for mymom. she weights 135 and is about 5'1". i was thinking just for eight weeks follow a diet with about 210 grams protein, 70 grams carbs, 35 grams fat. the calories come out to about:
210 X 4= 840
080 X 4= 320
035 X 9= 315
Total = 1475 calories
3 meals of carbs, 2 meals complex carbs, 1 meal simple sugars after work out, and the meals eraly in the morning. also i was thinking of her using xenadrine while she is on it?
Would this be good to cut fat in about following it for 12 or maybe longer to cut fat even more, then when she is satisfied up the carbs and just folow a maintaining fat and adding just a little muscle kind of diet. Also could someone help me out with a exercise routine for her if u could, worrying more about tonight htan weight, high reps. thank u
