I am working on a new routine for my cutting diet while on CKD. I know the basic full body depletion and the 2 heavy upper and lower days after the carb up but are there any other options? I once read that the problem with working out through the week is that a long workout will actually make you lose muscle. would it be possible to work a seperate bodypart each day but keep the workout to a very intense 15 or 20 minutes. I mean at only 6 sets for small muscles and 9 for legs and 7 or 8 for chest, could'nt this be done.
