Hey I've been lifting for a couple years and I've become bored/plateaued with my current routine and am looking for something new.
I've been doing; 6 days a ,2 body parts a day, twice a week for awhile and feel like I'm concentrating too much on the specialized lifts and not enough on the big ones.
I was doing the 5x5 about 14 months ago and liked it but tore my meniscus and have been afraid to squat since. I would like to do something like that again but am unsure if my knee can handle it. Anyone have any experience with that?
I'm mostly looking to lose weight and add functional strength.
Any suggestions and advice are more than welcome. thanks
