Need help with 2nd cycle

I'm a 44 yrs old male, 5'10", 178lbs, 20% body fat (lean all over but have to rid of 2" of fat around the wasteline). I ended my first cycle about 15 months ago and it included the following:

500mgs Test Enen, 250mgs Deca, two x a wk, plus Naposim 30mgs x day x 6 wks Followed by 2wks nolva at 50mgs x day. I gained 30 lbs from this cycle, however I have only retained 10 lbs of it.

I now wish to start a second cycle, however I DO NOT want to use Deca, due to the "Deca Dick" I got from it. As a matter of fact I would very much prefer to do a cycle that will alow me to gain a fair amount of muscle and strength but also provide some cutting and enhanced libido.

I need some expert advice as to what would be the best cycle for me, given my age and specific requirements. Thank you all in advance.

you stats are kind of confusing.. 20% body fat isnt lean all over.. even with 2'' of fat at the waist.. that aint 20%.. and your weight/height is just confusing..

so your saying your first cycle you ran 1gram of test and 500 mg deca a week with dbol.. then started pct when? nolva alone isnt really a great pct for that kind of cycle.. thats a heavy cycle to have such a weak pct protocol..

dbol causes alot of water retention and if you were on a gram of test, you were probably a blimp which is why you only retained 10lbs.. plus poor pct..

test e 500mg EW 1-17
tbol 50mg ED wk 1-4
eq 600mg EW 1-16

Pct with hcg, clomid, nolva.. and probably run a mild AI throughout.. such as AIFM/aromasin/arimidex

you wont bloat up with the tbol and eq, actually theres a good chance youll lean out.. with proper diet/cardio..

what kind of lifting do you do in the gym.. whats your lift stats..

hell.. just run 500mg test a week, drop your calories.. cardio it up.. youll get good results even though its your 2nd cycle

You're right! I did get a lot of bloating with the Naposim. My bodyfat is pretty much a guess at his point, I am not fat at all and I am pretty muscular all over except for the midsection, which I'd like very much to improve with my next cycle and moderate cardio program. I haven't worked out in awile(12 months or so), started a new business and all, but I just joined a new gym and started working out as of last week, so right now I'm not lifting very much. I do not plan to start my cycle for at least a month or so, just trying to get back into it right now, and making some planning. I could also definitely use some more definition though. In terms of what I do is basically everything ranging from machines to free weights. And can you give me the full name of "tbol" and "eq" ?
 
bro you definately need to do some more research.. go to any website with steroid profiles.. read them up and down.. then do it again.. tbol is turinabol eq is equipoise.. tbol is basically dbol without the bloat.. eq is a very mild steroid.. which needs to be ran for longer than 12 weeks.. the gains are slow and steady after weak 8.. vascularity increases and you get veiny as hell..

dont hop on anything til youve put the time into researching.. know what the drugs do to your body.. and how to prevent sides.. and do alot of research on PCT post cycle therapy.. thats where youll keep most of your gains or lose them.. good luck with whatever you do bro
 
You also need to make time to lift. Training while your on AAS and not training while your off is not really going to get you much in the way of permanent body change
 
Jmead said it. He's getting pretty good with this advice shit. Do lots of research and use these drugs to your best health advantage. For me, it was life changing. In a good way.

I totally agree. I did read about the various steroid profiles, but most of the sites providing them don't list common abbreviations that I have noticed.
I won't start anything for at least another month, and hopefully by then I'd have done enough homework to feel comfortable with what I'm doing. My biggest concern is going to be the PCT since the first time around it didn't do so well, and I kept having erection problems for some time afterwards.
 
I am of similar age and composition ( 6' 1", 225 lbs, 14% bf) and I can tell you that my best "advanced age" cycle has been test enth and primo, followed closely by test cyp and eq. Deca is poison to me due to the excessive sides, even though it gave me no sides when I was younger.

My next cycle is shaping up to be tren ace, primo, test, but I have some more research to do before I commit. I want everything to be dead-on, including diet, training regimine, pct, etc before I start. At our age, you have to be a lot more careful about what you eat, how you train, what compounds you use and especially pct. Best of luck and read as much info as you can put your hands on.

Wait a minute now, If eq must be run for 12 wks, does this mean that the sust and tbol should be run for the that much time as well?
