need help wirh this, blue pill with sm

One of my friends gave me a pct, blue pills with a stamp of SM on one side and then a flat back side. Trying to figure out what they are and what should be the dose. My friend has yet to respond and tell me. I think I am done with him. Please if someone could let me know the dose. It would be nice. Need to start tomorrow.

Yes test 250, 8 eke d-bal 5wks. Coming off this week, need to find out what he gave me to use for pct.

Why Don't u just get the PCT from ntbm and not be uthinking what is this pill that I have on my hand.
