Need help w/ Somaject 7mg kit???

I have a 7mg somaject HGH kit. contains 2 bottles of water, 6 vials of cakes.
My question is : I want to do 2iu's a day how much water do i put into each vial?

Also do u think 2 days on 1 day off will be effective?

Actually no it was given to me. the guy owed me about 500 bucks. so i took that and called it even.
