need help w/ first cycle

its my first cycle and im thinking about using eq with test and anovar. im trying to shed some body fat while gaining some lean muscle (10 pounds would be good). i just would like to know what type of test should i take if i want lean muscle and if i should use anovar in the beginning or later in the cycle or if this cycle really what im looking for. i would appreciate any help. thanks!
 
i wouldnt recommend you using anovar nor eq for your first cycle. I think you should use test prop with some winny

And I think you should not give cycle advice to people before you get some stats on them. Kid could be 10 years old and working out on a bowflex for a week for all you know...use some common fucking sense

We need more info!!! Age, years training, ht weigh....But you can bet most will tell you Diet and Cardio... Gear is not for weight lose, yes you will lose body fat and many do, but its because diet and cardio are on point!!!
 
im 21 y/o 5'8 160. i lift 3-4 times a week. cardio once or twice a week. eat pretty healthy but i can be strick when i comes to dieting. have a physically demanding job. active life style. just looking for something thats going to lower my bodyfat while gaining lean muscle. thanks for the help

bro 5'8 and 160 and you want to take juice to lose fat? your bodyfat should be low with those stats. Your still young bro wait a few more years before you take the plunge. Get your training/diet in check. Post up your diet for starters

at 21 you can gain ten pounds faster w/o gear than I can with 500 mg/test at 42----bro the best thing you will ever do for yourself is to wait at least 6-7 years before you use gear. your natty levels of test, growth hormone and peptides are 20x mine.

the reasons are just to numerous to mention--
 
im just not as lean as i want to look. i havent had a BF test in a while but im guessing im around 12% i want to cut down to 8% and also gain strengh at the same time but i dont want to look huge since im kind of short. right now im just watching what i eat dont have a diet plan. i have been hitting the gym for about 3 years and i feel like im stuck.

what you are experiencing is a plateau-- (see the great discussion at this link ,( http://www.seriousstrengthtraining.com/shock_muscles.htm ) not a limit (gear is for breaking through limits)---you need to shock the hell out of your muscles......change your entire workout up-

I guarantee, at your age (with the right diet & sleep), if your follow them, you will grow like a freaking weed.....
