I hate to say it but my level of motivation has decreased greatly here in the past few months. I have worked out less and less, and i find myself sitting on my ass doing nothing except surfing the web. What a waste. I could be doing any number of things but instead I choose the least health beneficial one, and do it instead. I workout in unknown intervals skipping sometimes up to 4 days. I need some help bad. I hate this, everyday, i tell myself I am going to work out, but I end up not doing it. It's killing my strength levels skipping these days. Someone please give me some advice on how to stay motivated.
It's not that i don't want to workout, i love the burn, i just can't get it in me to get started.
