im into my fourth week of test-e 500 deca 400 and d-bol 50.. i was workin biceps and couldn't finish a set, it was like my muscle was about to explode, but not the good kind, im talkin major pain here in the front of the elbow..
should i take the d-bol down a notch or am i just over trained?? any help much appriciated..
