need help preserving muscle mass

I've been reducing carbs and calories for a while now. I've lost a little bit of strength when my body was getting used to low carbs. I wanna take something for a few weeks to help preserve muscle mass, not looking to really make any gains. What's the longest or shortest I can run this? What do you all recommend I run?
 
low carbs does not result in strength lose. your calories and protein/fat are off making you weaker. your diet needs attention.
 
I'm 24 yo 5'11 192 pounds at about 11% BF. I did one test E cycle before at 500mg/week for 16 weeks. Sorry yeah I want to supplement with AAS. TimTim I think what happened is that I've always eaten a shitload of carbs and my body is used to that.....So I went from like 350-400 carbs a day to 150 and now 75, during a two week period while I was doing that my body felt like utter shit.....I think it was switching over to fat for a fuel source.
 
u could run a low dose of test/p (200-250mg ew) or an oral such as var, winny, or dbol. dbol is very anti-catabolic imo but i would run a super low dose of this if u go this route.

in any case what u r essentially doing is running a cycle. i would do a short one, 6-8 weeks (6 weeks if an oral). keep your protein super high. this should already be occuring if u r going low carb as u need to replace those cals with something. it usually ends up being fats and proteins.

since this amounts to a cycle u will need pct as well.

Well it just so happens that I have enough dbol left over for 25 mg/day for 6 weeks. Would you consider this super low dose? What's your BF in that pic guardian 6%?
